DroidDeck on Adreno 650

Experimental. Adreno 650 is in the Adreno 6xx series. The README says DirectX 11 uses DXVK 2 and may run, and DirectX 12 games can still crash.

The 0.3.2 notes named the Retroid Pocket 5 as an Adreno 650 example. The 0.5.0 README still calls 6xx experimental.
